German-Bliss Equipment Inc. located in Princeville, IL on Route 90, has a career opportunity available for an OEM parts representative. If you enjoy helping customers in person or via phone, we have a wonderful opportunity. Our growing parts business can help you achieve your goals. This is a full-time position with benefits and incentives. The first 60 days would be in-store training followed by a hybrid work schedule that would consist of 3 remote days and 2 in-store working days per work week. There is also a $500 hiring bonus that is paid out after 6 months of employment. We also offer a $25 a month High Speed Internet Stipend after 60 days of employment. Overtime earning opportunities available throughout the year.

Job Duties:

• Exceed customer expectations by fulfilling sales from start to finish quickly and accurately
• Resolve customer issues with timely solutions and effective communication
• Contribute to team effort by achieving parts team goals
• Answer inbound phone calls, text messages, and emails from customers (30-120 daily interactions)
• Offer best-in-class customer service
• Assist with customer order tracking and returns
• Perform parts lookups via schematic breakdowns of equipmentDesired Skills/Qualifications:
• At least one year of experience in customer service or retail sales
• At least one year of phone sales experience
• High school degree (or equivalent)
• Solid product knowledge of equipment used in agriculture, construction, homeowners, commercial maintenance, contractors, and municipalities for any outdoor use
• Prior dealership or parts sales counter experience is desired. Product lines include Kubota, Gehl, Exmark, Polaris, Befco, Land Pride, Schulte and Bush Hog
• Strong computer, phone, keyboarding skills (minimum 35 words per minute – test required)
• Ability to work well with a team
• Passion for research and solving problems
